of experience refurbishing rolling stock components. Our comprehensive service includes the examination, reverse engineering, rebuilding, and finishing of both external and internal door leaves, as well as other interior components.

We are trusted to deliver cost-effective, high-quality refurbished parts, on time and ready to fit to the vehicle. By refurbishing existing rolling stock components, there is a cost reduction compared with new parts and less downtime for the vehicle.

The service includes surveying components and providing a detailed report on the work required. This can include: stripping down components, replacing worn materials, repairing water ingress issues, filling and dressing impact damage, replacing door and component furniture, and repainting or applying a vinyl wrap, as required.

Each project is unique – we start with a complete survey of the part for repair. We supply a comprehensive report of our findings at the very beginning of the project.

Reverse Engineer

Reverse Engineer

Where the damage to the part is too significant for repair, and there are no longer drawings to accompany the component, we can reverse engineer parts, including 3D models.

Strip & Rebuild

Strip & Rebuild

The rebuild process starts by stripping down the components and then replacing worn materials, repairing water ingress issues, filling and dressing impact damage, and replacing any door or component furniture as required.

Paint/Vinyl Wrap

Paint/Vinyl Wrap

The repairs include finishing the components to a high standard so they are ready to be fitted back onto the vehicle, including painting or applying a vinyl wrap, depending on the customer’s requirements.
